List of Ingredients
3 cups flour
2 1/2 Tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 teaspoons Crisco
1 3/4 cups hot water, add more if needed.
Mix all ingredients together. Kneed like you do bread. Cover and let sit
for about 5 to 10 minutes. Shape into golf ball size or a little bigger.
Roll out like pancake size. Put a little oil in a flat size nonstick pan
and cook. (You can cook without the oil too). Cook until brown. Add all
of your favorite toppings: Chili or beans, cheese, tomatoes, lettuces,
onions and/or hot sauce.
