1 lb shelled brazil nut
2 tablespoons butter Recipe
1. Cover shelled nuts with water. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Cut into slices lenghtwise with a very sharp knife. Spread in shallow pans.
2 Add the butter. Salt well. and toast at 350F until the chips are brown and toasty.
3 Drain on absorbent paper.
4 Note: time varies. Keep an eye on them.
