Baked Crusted Salmon
8 (6oz.) salmon filets
DORITOS® brand COOLER RANCH® flavor Tortilla Chips
1(16oz.) TOSTITOS™ brand Mild Salsa
2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
2 Tbs. honey
1 Tbs. parsley Recipe
Preheat oven to 375°. Crush DORITOS® Tortilla Chips in bag with rolling pin. Cover salmon filets with crushed DORITOS®, place on sheet in oven and cook for 15 minutes. Combine TOSTITOS™ Salsa, honey and mustard in a sauce pan and cook on low heat until fish is done. Serve each plate with 2 oz. of sauce; place fish on sauce and serve.
