Bourbon Pecan Mahi
1/2 Cup Butter Blend (Liquid Butter)
1 Each 6-8 ounce Mahi Mahi Filets
1/2 Cup Pecans
1 Tsp Honey
1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 ounce un-salted butter
2 ounces bourbon - any brand
1/2 Tsp Salt
Recipe
Put the butter blend in a hot sauté pan; lightly dust Mahi Mahi in flour; sauté the Mahi Mahi in a pan until golden; remove Mahi Mahi and place into oven until done; for sauce, start with a clean sauté pan and add 2oz butter; now add 2oz Worcestershire sauce; add pecans; then add honey and bourbon, season with a pinch of salt.
Place cooked Mahi Mahi on plate and pour the finished sauce over it.
