Delaware Crab Puffs
Vegetable oil, for frying
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/2 lb. crabmeat
Recipe
Heat cooking oil to 375 degrees. Mix dry ingredients.
In separate bowl, beat the egg and add milk and crabmeat. Stir into flour mixture.
Mix well.
Drop mixture from spoon into hot oil, and fry until delicately browned
