    \ Weight Watchers Chicken Canapes


    2/3 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
    2/3 cup packaged shredded cabbage with carrot (coleslaw mix)
    1 tablespoon chopped peanuts
    2 tablespoon bottled hoisin sauce
    Few dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
    12 Belgian endive leaves
    2 red or yellow sweet peppers cut into 6 wedges each or 2 medium cucumbers, halved lengthwise, seeded, then cut into thirds.

    Stir together chicken pieces, coleslaw mix, chopped peanuts, hoisin sauce and hot pepper sauce. Spoon red and yellow peppers or cucumbers into endive leaves. Makes one dozen Hoisin Chicken Canapes
