Spanish Meatloaf from David
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 (16 oz) can Spanish rice
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup round, buttery cracker crumbs
Chunky salsa
Recipe
Combine beef, rice, egg and crumbs and shape into a loaf in a greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and serve with salsa on top of meatloaf.
