Easy Garlic Chicken from Rita
4 chicken breasts
3 eggs
1/2 box Ritz crackers, crushed
Garlic powder, to taste
Salt
Pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. Oregano (more or less, to taste)
1 Tbs. Finely chopped garlic
Recipe
Mix together crackers, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Parmesan, oregano And fresh garlic.
Coat the chicken breasts in egg, then cracker Mixture.
Put all the chicken in a casserole dish and bake at 350
Until golden brown.
