    Collards & Bacon from David


    12 slices Hickory Smoked Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces (smoked Sausage can
    also be used)
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    16 cups roughly chopped collard greens
    1/4 cup lemon juice

    Recipe



    Cook bacon in large skillet over medium-high heat until done, but not
    crisp. Stir in garlic.

    Add collards to skillet; stir-fry until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in
    lemon juice.
