Buffalo Potato Wedges from David
1/3 cup butter melted
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
3 teaspoons red pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 medium potatoes unpeeled
Recipe
Heat coals or gas grill.
Mix butter, vinegar, pepper sauce and salt in shallow dish.
Cut each potato lengthwise into 4 wedges then pat dry with paper towels.
]Dip potato wedges into butter mixture reserve any remaining butter
mixture.
Cover and grill potatoes 4" from medium heat 30 minutes brushing with
butter mixture.
Turn once or twice during cooking then serve with blue cheese or ranch
dressing.
