    Asian Chicken Soup


    1 cup instant brown rice, uncooked, divided
    1/4 cup Asian toasted sesame dressing, divided
    2 tsp. lite soy sauce, divided
    2 cups chopped cooked chicken
    2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, baby corn, snow peas, red peppers, mushrooms)
    2 cups each chicken broth, water

    Recipe





    Combine 1/4 cup rice, 1 tbsp. dressing and 1/2 tsp. soy sauce in each of 4 china soup bowls. Add 1/2 cup of each of the remaining ingredients to each bowl; stir.

    Cover with waxed paper. Micro-cook on High 5 - 7 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

    Makes 4 servings.
