Sun Dried Tomatoes
Recipe
To moisten 3 ounces of sun-dried tomatoes, put them in a jar or plastic
container with a tight lid, add 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon wine and
some favorite herbs. Invert jar several times over the next 24 hours. The
tomatoes will develop a wonderful flavor and chewy consistency. Fill the
bottle with olive oil and store in refrigerator for up to three months.
