    Spiced Sweet Potatoes

    2 cups cooked or canned sliced sweet potatoes
    cooking spray
    3 TBL brown sugar
    1/4 tsp each salt, cinnamon, nutmeg
    3 TBL margarine

    Recipe



    Arrange sweet potatoes in 1 1/2 quart casserole, coated with cooking spray.

    Combine brown sugar, spices and sprinkle over potatoes. Dot with margarine. Bake 350° for 10 or 15 minutes until thoroughly heated.

    Yield: 6 servings
