Steamed Corn and Red Potatoes
Ingredients:
•4 Ears corn on the cob
•4 Small to medium red potatoes
•Minced parsley
•Salt and pepper
•Butter to taste
Method:
Steam or boil corn for 10 minutes. Boil red potatoes for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Place both in large serving bowl and toss with parsley, salt and pepper and butter.
