    Although this rich, creamy sauce is teamed with spaghetti here, it's also fabulous over fettuccine or large bow-tie pasta.

    List of Ingredients





    12 oz. dried spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 green onions, sliced
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 medium tomatoes, diced
    3 oz. ham, cut into bite-size pieces (optional)
    1/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Keep warm.
    Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add green onions and cook until tender. Stir in whipping cream, cream cheese, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir about 5 minutes or until cream cheese is melted. Stir in tomatoes and, if desired, ham. Cook, stirring gently, until heated through. Toss with hot cooked pasta. Transfer to a serving bowl; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Makes 5 main-dish servings.
