Monterey Spaghetti Bake
4 oz. broken spaghetti; cooked, drained
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 C. sour cream
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 t. garlic powder
2 C. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach thawed, drained
2 3/4 oz. can French fried onions
Recipe
Combine egg, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Add
spaghetti, spinach and 1/2 of the onions; toss to combine. Pour
mixture into baking dish. Cover; bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top
with remaining onions. Bake uncovered an additional 5 minutes until
onions are browned.
