    Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

    1 pkg. flour tortillas (12)
    1 cup sugar
    1 T. cinnamon
    1 quart oil for frying

    Recipe



    Stack tortillas, and cut flour tortillas into eight pie shaped sections. Set each section aside. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a paper bag. Heat oil to 350 or to frying temperature. Fry one section, 12 pieces, stirring until lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Remove to paper towels to drain. Repeat frying until all tortilla segments are done. Place chips in paper bag with cinnamon and sugar and shake to coat evenly. Serve at once. Note: If cinnamon Tortilla Chips are to be stored, keep in a dry container.
