    3/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup honey
    2 eggs
    1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    dash salt
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup flour
    2 cups rolled oats, uncooked
    1 cup dried cranberries

    Recipe



    Beat butter. Add honey, eggs, applesauce, vanilla, baking soda, salt; mix well. Add flour. Stir in oats and cranberries.
    Press dough into 9x13 pan. Bake 30-35 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool and cut into squares.

    YIELD: 8 Servings
