List of Ingredients
3 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. raisin
1 c. peanuts
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
14 oz. condensed sweetend milk
1/2 c. melted butter
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together and press evenly into a greased foil lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 25-30 min,until golden brown. Cool and remove from pan. Peel off foil and cut into bars. Store in a zip lock bag at room temperature.
Note: Using shelled sunflower seeds makes digestion much easier,
unless you need an UNUSUAL amount of fiber or your mother was a squirrel.
