    1 cup light corn syrup
    1 cup sugar
    3/4 cup reduced fat peanut butter
    4 cups Post Grape Nuts Cereal

    Microwave corn syrup, sugar and peanut butter in large microwave-safe bowl on high two minutes or just until mixture boils, stirring every minute. Add cereal; mix to coat well. Press firmly into foil-lined 13-by-9-inch baking pan lightly sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Cool. Cut into bars. Variation:
    Fruity Carb Bars:
    Stir in 1-cup dried fruit, such as raisins, dried cranberries, cherries or dried fruit bits with cereal.

    To make on your stove:
    Bring corn syrup, sugar and peanut butter to a boil in saucepan on low heat, stirring occasionally. Pour over cereal in bowl; toss to coat well. Continue as directed.

    Recipe makes 30 bars.
