    5 grams of carbohydrates per serving

    Serves: 18

    Preparation time:

    Ingredients:

    a.. 1/2 c. butter, room temp.
    b.. 2 eggs
    c.. 1 1-oz sq. unsweetened chocolate
    d.. 2 tsp chocolate extract
    e.. 2 Tbsp water
    f.. 2 Tbsp soy flour
    g.. 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    h.. 8 packets sugar substitute
    i.. 3 T. creme de cacao

    Recipe



    Cream the butter w. electric hand mixer. Add eggs one at a time, beating well.

    Melt chocolate w/ extract & water in top of double boiler.

    Add melted chocolate, soy flour, chopped walnuts, & sugar substitute to butter. Mix well.Taste for sweetness. Add more sugar if needed.

    Grease 1-1/2 quart flat baking pan.
    Pour batter into pan; bake 15 minutes.
