6 oz. parmesan cheese, coarsely grated
Recipe
Prehat oven to 375 degrees. Line large cookie sheet with reusable nonstick bakeware liner. Drop level tablespoons of cheese 3" apart onto cookie sheet; spread to from 2" mounds.
Bake rounds until edges just being to turn color, 6-7 minutes. Transfer crisps, still on bakeware liner, to wire rack; cool 2 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain. Repeat with remaining Parmesan.
Yield-about 24 crisps
Can substitute 6 oz. coarselysharp cheddar for parmesan. Bake until bubbling, not brown, 6-7 minutes.
