    Pecan Butterballs

    Source of Recipe

    FUN Place
    Pecan Butterballs

    * 1 Cup butter, softened
    * 4 Tablespoons Honey, scrape spoon after each measurement
    * 2 Cups flour
    * 2 teaspoons vanilla
    * 2 Cups pecan pieces
    * Powdered Sugar

    Cream together the butter, honey and vanilla. Add the flour. Mix well. Stir in the pecans. Roll into small balls, about the size of those large shooter marbles. Bake at 300 degrees for 35-40 min, until brown. As soon as you remove them from the oven, roll them in powdered sugar. Allow to cool and roll again in fresh powdered sugar. These taste even more wonderful after they've aged a few days.
