Recipe Introduction
During the days of the Roman Empire, they played a game that involved hitting feather-stuffed balls with club-shaped branches. And, so began the game of golf. The first 18-hole course in the U.S. was the Chicago Golf Club founded in 1893.
Everybody now gets to take this day off to go play golf! (just kidding)
