l pkg. yellow cake mix (2 layer)
2 l/2 c. quick cooking oats
l l/2 stick margarine; melted
l2 oz. jar seedless raspberry jam
l tablespoon water
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375. Grease l3 x 9 baking pan. Combine dry cake mix and oats in a large bowl; add melted butter and stir until crumbly.
Measure half of the crumb mixture (approx. 3 cups) into pan. Press firmly to cover bottom.
Combine jam and water; stir until blended. Spread over crumb mixture in pan. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over jam; pat firmly to
make top even. Bake at 375 for l8 to 23 minutes or until top is light brown.
Cool in pan on rack. Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container.
