Ricotta Pillows

2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 1/2 pounds of ricotta cheese
4 tablespoons of sugar
3 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla
4 eggs
oil for frying



Recipe



Blend all the ingredients,mix very well. Drop by the teaspoonful into the hot oil;fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towles,sprinkle with powdered /sugar.
