Summertime Brownie Cakes

1 package (21 oz.) brownie mix

½ cup vegetable oil

¼ cup orange juice

2 eggs

Assorted toppings,


powdered sugar or ice cream




Recipe



Stir together the brownie mix, oil, orange juice and eggs until the mixture is smooth. Spoon into well oiled muffin times and sprinkle with chocolate chips, heath bar chips, Andes mints pieces, or leave plain. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until the centers test done. If you leave the cakes plain you can sprinkle powdered sugar on them or put a scoop of ice cream on top. Makes 12 Brownie cakes.
