Reserved Pumpkin Seeds 2 Tbsp. Oil Salt to Taste
Recipe
Reserved seeds from pumpkin, removing pulp and strings to clean thoroughly. Spread seeds in a single layer on baking sheet. Air dry for 3 hours. (Hull seeds at this time, if desired). When dry, add 2 tablespoons oil; add salt. Stir to coat evenly. Bake at 350 degrees, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Remove from oven; cool. Add more salt, if necessary.
