    Wonton Cinnamon Crisps


    Ingredients


    3 to 4 Tablespoons butter, melted
    20 wonton skins
    ¼ cup sugar
    1 Tablespoon cinnamon

    Instructions


    Heat oven to 375°F. Brush some of butter over bottom of 15" x 10" x 1" baking pan. Cut each wonton skin in half to make 2 rectangles. Arrange wonton skins (as many as will fit in single layer) side by side in buttered pan. Brush tops with butter. In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Sprinkle evenly over wonton skins. Bake at 375°F for 5 to 7 minutes until crisp and golden brown. Remove crisps from pan; cool on wire racks. Repeat with remaining wonton skins. Serve alone or with your favorite ice cream.

    Yield: 40 crisps
