Recipe Introduction
Oranges were a popular food with Spanish settlers and native American Indians. They carried them when they traveled - and casually dropped orange seeds on the ground as they ate. This is the way so many orange trees were accidentally planted across the southern part of North America. And how lucky! An 8-oz glass of orange juice provides 100% of your daily requirement for vitamin C.
