    Summer Nectarine Cooler

    Servings: 2



    2 nectarines, pitted, chopped
    4 ounces orange juice
    8 ice cubes
    4 ounces lemon lime soda
    2 ounces grapefruit juice
    2 lime wedges


    Recipe



    In a blender or food processor, puree nectarines with orange juice until smooth; strain and remove solids

    Fill a tall glass with ice

    Add nectarine/orange juice

    Add lemon lime soda and grapefruit juice; stir thoroughly

    Garnish with lime wedges

    Makes 2 Servings
