    BANANA SMOOTHIE:
    Put one ripe banana
    ¾ cup yogurt/tofu/milk
    ½ cup favorite fruit
    ¾ cup crushed ice

    Cover and blend on high or
    smoothie setting for 30 seconds. Enjoy!
