    1/3 cup creamy or natural peanut butter
    2 tbsp. chocolate syrup (more to taste)
    1 cup skim or low-fat milk
    1 banana, frozen and cut in pieces (optional)
    2 tbsp. chocolate, high protein breakfast drink powder ( I use Shaklee Meal Shakes) (optional)
    1/2 cup crushed ice
