    2 packages frozen strawberries (10 oz each) -- thawed
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
    3 cups all-purpose flour
    2 cups sugar
    3 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 2 (9- x 5-inch) loaf pans; set aside.
    In a medium mixing bowl, combine strawberries, eggs and oil; stir to mix
    well. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda,
    salt and pecans. Add strawberry mixture to dry ingredients and stir just
    until blended. Pour into loaf pans; bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick
    inserted in center comes out clean.
    Makes 2 loaves.
