    3 cups Whole wheat flour
    4 tablespoons Poppy seeds
    3 tablespoons Canola oil
    3 tablespoons Creamed sherry -- or use water
    1/2 cup Sour cream -- warmed
    2 Eggs
    1/4 cup Plus 2 tb warm water



    Ready, set, cook!



    Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select whole wheat and push start.
