List of Ingredients
Dry Mixture:
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup golden raisins
Moist Mixture:
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup pumpkin
1/3 cup shredded apple
1/3 cup shredded carrot
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. and prepare 12 muffin cups. Combine dry mixture in a bowl. In a medium bowl beat eggs lightly and stir in all ingredients of the moist misture. Add moist mixture to dry mixture all at once and stir just until dry indredients are moistened. Fill 12 prepared muffin cups completely full. Bake for 30 minutes.
This muffin recipes makes 12 muffins.
