    ICECREAM MUFFINS

    1 1/2 cups self raising flour
    2 cups any flavour icecream
    1 egg, beaten (optional)
    2 tablespoons oil (optional)

    Recipe



    Reheat oven to 430F and prepare pans. Sift flour into bowl, soften icecream but do not allow to melt completely. Stir into the flour quickly. Do not overmix. 3/4 fill pans and bake for 15-20 mins.
