    Upside Down Coconut-Maple Corn Muffins

    1 pkg. (8-1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix
    1/2 cup maple-flavored syrup
    1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut

    Recipe



    PREPARE muffin mix as directed on package, measuring 1 Tbsp. each syrup and coconut into each of 8 muffin pan cups before pouring in batter. Cool slightly; remove muffins from pan. Serve coconut side up.
