    OVERNIGHT ROLLS

    4 c water
    1½ c sugar
    1 c cooking oil
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 Tbls. salt
    1 pkg dry yeast
    ¼ c warm water
    12-14 c all purpose flour

    Recipe



    Mix dough between 2:00-5:00 pm.
    Combine 4 c water and sugar.
    Boil 4 minutes.

    Set aside to cool until lukewarm.
    Dissolve yeast in ¼ c warm water, set aside.
    Beat eggs well.

    Add cooking oil, salt and dissolved yeast.
    Add sugar and water mixture.
    Beat until smooth.

    Gradually add flour until mixture is ready to knead.
    Knead well on a floured board.
    Place dough into a large greased bowl.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place several hours.
    Punch down.

    Cover and let rise until double in size.
    Form rolls and place in greased 13x9" pans.
    Cover and let rise on countertop overnight.
    In morning, bake in 350°F oven for 20-25 min.
    Makes 3-4 9x13" pans, 15-20 rolls each.
