    I can't remember where I found this recipe, but I'm going to try this recipe on my son who loves hot foods. Oh, to be young again! LOL!!



    List of Ingredients




    The Three Alarm Omelet

    Two Large or Jumbo Eggs, Beaten
    Red Onion, Diced
    Two Fresh Medium to Large Jalapeno Peppers, Sliced
    Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    Shredded Italian Blend Cheese (Sargento has one)
    Sour Cream
    Ground Cayenne Pepper
    Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    Black Pepper, Coarsely Ground
    Worcestershire Sauce
    Butter (real butter)

    Sautee onions in butter, add liberal portions of cayenne,

    red pepper, black pepper and drown in worcestershire sauce. Sautee until caramelized (you will know when the kitchen smells great) When onions are about finished, stir in jalapeno peppers. Do not cook peppers because you will lose the heat. Cover onion/pepper mixture with beaten eggs and saturate. Grind more black pepper into the uncooked eggs. Cover and allow to set.

    When eggs are set, add a liberal layer of shredded cheddar. Grind more black pepper into the shredded cheese. Cover and allow to melt. Fold omelet and serve on a large plate.

    This is very important. Spread a thick layer of sour cream over the top of the omelet and top with shredded Italian Blend. Grind a final layer of black pepper over the shredded cheese. As you eat this, the peppers and spices start fires in your mouth, which are simultaneously extinguished by the sour cream. This way you never actually burst into flames, but the sensation is amazing. After you finish, you will not believe how good it was.
