    A really great tasting casserole and quite different.

    Au Gratin Beef and Spinach Casserole


    2 lbs. lean ground beef
    2 mediun chopped onions
    2 (10 oz.each) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach,thawd
    2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
    1 tsp. salt optional
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 cup corn flake crumbs
    2 Tbls. margarine melted

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350*. Use a greased 2 quart casserole. Brown beef and onion. Squeeze water from spinach and add spinach to beef mixture. Blend in cheese,and seasonings. Turn into casserole. Combine crumbs and margarine; sprinkle over top and bake uncovered 30 minutes.
    Serves 6-8
