Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 oz
Italian sausage 4 oz
Fresh chopped garlic 1/4 oz
Red pepper flakes pinch total
Salt and black pepper pinch total
Broccoflower 3 oz
Grape Tomatoes, roasted 2 oz
White wine 1 oz
Orecchiette pasta 5 oz
Grated parmesan cheese 1/4 oz
Chopped parsley 1 tsp
Fresh oregano sprig 1 ea
1. Put olive oil in a heated pan, then add sausage and garlic.
2. sauté until garlic turns golden brown
3. Add red pepper flakes, salt and pepper and broccoflower
4. Add wine and reduce by half, then add grape tomatoes
4. Add stock sauté pan, and dip pasta in boiling water for 10 seconds then add to sauté pan
5. Reduce stock until only ½ ounce remains and serve
