Tuna and Rice Casserole
2 Boil-In-Bags of White Rice
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can of Cream of Broccoli soup
2 cans of Tuna Fish (Drained)
4 ounces of shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Prepare rice as directed on the box. When the rice is cooked open
the bags and empty the rice into a large bowl.
Open and drain the liquid from the 2 cans of Tuna Fish.
Use a fork and break the tuna apart and blend it into the rice.
Add the 2 cans of soup to the rice and tuna mixture and mix well.
Pour this mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish or baking pan.
Smooth the top of the tuna and rice casserole with a large spoon and
completely cover the top of the tuna mixture with the shredded
cheddar cheese.
Place the casserole dish uncovered in the oven and bake
approximately 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted, slightly
brown in spots and bubbly.
