    Sauce Stir Fry

    2 tsp oil
    16 oz bag of mixed stir fry vegetables
    1/2-cup bottled stir fry sauce
    3-tsp cornstarch

    Recipe



    In nonstick skillet, heat oil over med heat. Add vegetables and cook, stirring constantly, until coated with oil. Cover and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    In a cup, mix stir fry sauce and cornstarch. Add 1 lb thawed frozen shrimp and the sauce mixture to the vegetables. cook for 4 or 5 minutes, stirring. Serve over rice.

    If you cut the amount of shrimp and vegetables, use the same amount of sauce and cornstarch.
