    Panda Express- Homemade Thai Cashew Chicken Breast

    Ingredients:

    Marinated Sliced Chicken Breast 6 oz

    Roasted Cashews 2 oz

    Salad Oil 2 Tbsp

    Chopped Garlic 1 tsp

    Diced Red Bell Peppers 2 oz

    Diced Onions 2 oz

    Sliced Cilantro (1” Long) 1 oz

    Sliced Green Onion 1 oz

    Sauce 1/4 cup


    Sauce Preparation:
    1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Mix together.

    Soy Bean Sauce 1 Tbsp

    Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp

    Water 1 Tbsp

    Cooking Wine 1 Tbsp

    Cornstarch 1 tsp

    Marinating Chicken Breast:
    1. Combine chicken breast, water, salt, and cornstarch in medium bowl. Mix together.
    2. Add salad oil and mix well.

    Sliced Chicken Breast 6 oz

    Water 2 Tbsp

    Salt 1/4 tsp

    Cornstarch 1 tsp

    ***Salad Oil 2 tsp

    Cooking Directions:

    1. Heat cooking wok or pan on medium heat.

    2. Add 2 Tbsp salad oil and chopped garlic. Cook for 5 seconds.

    3. Place the marinated chicken breast into wok or pan. Stir fry for 10 minutes or until meat is

    cooked through.

    4. Add diced red bell peppers and diced onions. Continue to cook and stir for 10 seconds.

    5. Add sauce. Stir sauce until it boils and thickens.

    6. Mix in cashews, cilantro, and green onions just before serving.

    7. Place entree on plate. Serve immediately. (Serves 2
