    Pumpkin Apple Dessert

    List of Ingredients

    1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling

    2 cups all-purpose flour

    1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar

    1 cup canned pumpkin*

    3/4 cup fat-free cholesterol-free

    egg product (Egg Beaters)

    1/3 cup vegetable oil

    2 tsps. baking powder

    1 tsp. ground cinnamon

    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

    1/4 tsp. baking soda


    Recipe

    1. Grease 3 1/2 - 6 quart crock. Spoon in

    apple pie filling; spread evenly.

    2. Beat remaining ingredients with electric

    mixer on low 1 minute, scraping bowl constantly.

    Beat on medium speed 2 minutes; scraping

    bowl occasionally. Pour batter over filling.

    3. Cover and cook on high 1 1/2 to 2 hours or

    until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes

    out clean. 12 servings.

    *Make sure you use canned pumpkin NOT

    pumpkin pie filling.
