    Sausages and Kraut

    1 lb link of low fat turkey Kielbasa
    6 Yukon gold potatoes (cut in half)
    2 14 oz cans of sauerkraut




    Recipe

    In the bottom of the crock pot, place the potatoes cut side down, lay
    the cut up sausages on top of the potatoes and then cover with the
    sauerkraut. Cook on high for about 6-7 hours. I don't think any
    longer or much shorter will make a difference. The flavors blend so
    well that it's very hard to tell that the sausages are "diet" food.
    Also, all measurements are changeable. This is one of those no-fail
    recipes where you can add and subtract at will!
