    Farmhouse CP Ham and Vegetable Chowder

    List of Ingredients

    2 cans (10 1/2 oz each) cream of celery soup
    2 cups diced cooked ham
    1 package (10 oz) frozen corn
    1 large baking potato, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
    1 medium red bell pepper, diced
    1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
    2 cups small broccoli florets
    1/2 cup milk


    Recipe

    1. Combine all ingredients, except broccoli and milk in slow
    cooker; stir to blend. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours
    or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours.

    2. If cooking on LOW, turn to HIGH and stir in broccoli and
    milk. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until broccoli is crisp tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
