    Keith's Crockpot Roast

    (do this the night before.)

    Take 3 to 4 lb pot roast in a crock pot

    ADD:

    * 3 cups beef broth
    * 1/4 teasp fresh tyme
    * 1/2 tablsp salt
    * 1/4 tablsp pepper
    * 1/4 teasp rosemary.

    Throw it all into the pot on low go to bed.
    In the morning turn it off and let cool this gives the spices a chance to relax and get to Know each other.
    Three hours before dinner add carrots, potatoes, and onions to taste
    Turn the pot on high for 2 hours then off for the last hour. This allows it to cool down a bit it will melt in your mouth.

    I have Twin daughters and am a house hubby so I look for easy ways to cook for the entire family of 6.
