    Ingredients



    * *Baked Red Skin Potato - 1 small (1-3/4"-2-1/2" dia), 6 serving
    * *Green Giant Fresh Baby Cut Carrots, 8 oz (remove)
    * *Onion - Raw, chopped, .75 cup
    * *HCF Chicken Breast - Bone/Skinless, 32 oz
    * Chicken Broth, 1.75 cup (8 fl oz)
    * *Sour Cream (Daisy Non-Fat), 4 tbsp
    * *Flour, white, .33 cup



    Directions
    spray slow cooker. place potatoes carrots and onion in bottom of cooker. Top with chicken breasts. Pour chicken broth over top. Cook on Low for 10-12 hours or high for 5-6 hours. Combine sour cream and flour in a small bowl and mix until well blended. Pour into slow cooker and cook on high uncovered 5-6 minutes. Serve.
